A New Way to Face Unprecedented Challenges

Free Virtual Mindfulness Program for Teens & Young Adults (ages 14-27)

The Art of Life Community Health Centre presents the 8-Session Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Course for Youth in a new format.

The focus of this series of mindfulness lessons is to help youth impacted by social isolation, depression, anxiety, fear, and loneliness to learn the tools of mindfulness meditation to improve their resilience in the face of new challenges brought on by the COVID pandemic.

This is a Canadian Red Cross sponsored project to support youth during these unprecedented times of increased uncertainty but also an opportunity for self-discovery and developing inner strength which will be an asset under any life circumstances.

First class will take place on Thursday, October 15th at 6:30 pm.
