The Art of Life Community Health Centre presents the 8-Week Course for Girls.
The focus of this series of mindfulness lessons is to help girls impacted by social isolation, depression, anxiety, fear, and loneliness to learn the tools of Mindfulness Meditation and Self-Compassion to improve their resilience in the face of new challenges brought on by the COVID pandemic.
This is a Canadian Red Cross sponsored project to support youth during these unprecedented times of increased uncertainty but also an opportunity for self-discovery and developing inner strength which will be an asset under any life circumstances.
Online Introduction + First class will take place on Tuesday, October 20th at 5pm.
Our compassionate, experienced mindfulness and meditation coach, ErinMcCarthy – Ph.D, has over 20 years experience as an educator and will answer your questions & explain social & health benefits of the program.
