Mindfulness & Self-Compassion Program for Girls (ages 14-18)

 The Art of Life Community Health Centre presents the 8-Week Course for Girls.

The focus of this series of mindfulness lessons is to help girls impacted by social isolation, depression, anxiety, fear, and loneliness to learn the tools of Mindfulness Meditation and Self-Compassion to improve their resilience in the face of new challenges.
