The gentle art of noticing your thoughts and feelings without judging yourself or others is one way to describe Mindfulness.
Practicing mindfulness meditation is a simple and accessible way to disconnect from unhelpful patterns, allowing you to embrace the present moment and the possibility of dealing with anxiety, sadness and stress more productively.
Join Naomi Levine, MSW, RSW for an 8-week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction group, where teens will learn mindfulness meditation in a safe and supportive group setting.
