It’s no coincidence that our charitable event is in the month of December,
when everyone around the world is promoting the understanding of challenges and raising the awareness about different types of disabilities.
The aim is to increase awareness about the daily life struggles that people with disabilities, their rights, needs for physical and virtual accessibility and how can every single one of us help with inclusion and making life healthier.
“Youth-for-Youth” initiatives support Arts Heal Health programs at The Art of Life Community Health Centre, such as Mindfulness, Music and Art therapies.
Community classes geared towards helping individuals and providing them with tools which allow healthier outlook on life.

on April 4, 2018 @ 6:30pm for a special lecture by Naturopathic Doctor and Doula, L. Gerus.
This Meditative Art program is based on the integration of great compositions of visual art and classical music and focuses on the inner state of the artist in developing strong and meaningful relationships between future parent and the expected child.
This program is based on building awareness about the importance of adjustment to the emerging role as a parent. This program helps create strong connections within inner self, family unit and society.
