 The Art of Life Community Health Centre presents an 8-Session Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Course for Adults.

The focus of this series of mindfulness lessons is to help you regain your footing during these unprecedented times of the ongoing pandemic. Learning and practicing the skills of Mindfulness will give you a good foundation to deal with daily stressors in a responsive and non-reactive way. This is especially relevant if you are a parent, educator or a professional working daily with people who need and depend on you.
