 The Art of Life Community Health Centre presents the 8-Session Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Course for Youth (ages 19 to 30)

During a time of fear of uncertainty, constant stress is unavoidable. We are propelled into a state of anxiety & depression, conflicts with family and friends, lower productivity and immunity.
But no matter how stressful life can be, there always exists an underlying stillness of calm and inner peace that is available to anyone. If you’d like to:
