Less Stress, Greater Resilience

A New Way to Face Unprecedented Challenges

Free Virtual Mindfulness Program for Young Adults (ages 18-27)

The Art of Life Community Health Centre presents the 8-Session Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Course for Youth in a virtual format.

The focus of this series of mindfulness lessons is to help young adults impacted by social isolation, depression, anxiety, fear, and loneliness to learn the tools of mindfulness meditation to improve their resilience in the face of new challenges brought on by the COVID pandemic.

This is a Canadian Red Cross sponsored project to support youth during these unprecedented times of increased uncertainty, as well as an opportunity for self-discovery, healing and development of inner strength which will be an asset under any life circumstances.
